Chimney sweep logs do not sweep chimneys. They loosen some creosote - which then falls where a brush and vacuum still have to collect it.

AfterWhy Hadley Chimney San Antonio Runs Offers This Way
We’ve been cleaning and repairing chimneys in San Antonio since 2003. In that time, we’ve seen the look on a homeowner’s face when a tech tells them they need thousands of dollars of liner work they can’t verify. That’s why every quote here comes with camera photos you can see for yourself, why every repair carries a written guarantee for 365 days, and why we’d rather tell you plainly when something can wait. It’s also why our live-person call line is answered 24/7, not routed to a voicemail queue. You’ll get a real human, a real answer, and a real price.
What the Photos Show You
The Relay Visibility Guarantee is the name we put on something we’ve done since day one: you see what we see. After a sweep, you’ll get before-and-after photos of the flue, the smoke shelf, and the damper area. If creosote buildup is heavy, you’ll see it. If it’s light, you’ll see that too. No one in San Antonio should pay for a sweep without proof it was actually done. When you call (254) 276-4116, that proof is included, not sold as an add-on.
